The Block Party Promo Mix

So Skinny and I are doing a new Wednesday weekly in Philly, chock full of dollar bin jams. It's an outdoor thing* on the Delaware River, styled as "Block Party Classics, Past, Present and Future." Super-collector Al Kent of the great Million Dollar Disco site put this track on one of his Disco Demands compilations and it stands out as one of the best of that series. Hands in the air magic, with epic soulful-as-fuck vocals, swelling strings and all the right stuff.
