You Can't Hide

A straight up classic for your Valentine's Day. Files of the vocal 12" version aren't too difficult to find, but the instrumental is more of a challenge. I finally found a copy of the 12" at Tequila Sunrise last summer and ripped the elusive side. Though I enjoy David's vocals on the track, I think the instrumental has it's place too.

Another gem from from Tequila Sunrise's 50 cent sale. Time for a confession: I hate string sections in disco music. Most string-laden disco music is garbage to me, but this track is a rare exception. Here's an odd one Hamilton did in 1985. It's follows his stripped down, percussive formula, but adds prominent strange little sounds to the mix. This is the first of many scores from Tequila Sunrise's excellent 50 cent sale that I will be posting. Also, if you need more Bohannon, don't forget the mix I posted last April.
