Geting High with Hyman
So this record is a Command piece and as a collector you see joints like this all the time, except this time Dick Hyman killed it. The track is a funky psychedelic mooged out version of James Brown's "Give It Up Or Turn It Loose" and has become a DvC B-boy (the B-boy crew I roll with) anthem. I am always looking for an undiscovered funk gem to separate me from other cats who dj for B-boys and B-girls and this has always proven to be one. Enjoy!

I used to have this on a Moog compilation that got vicked from my collection... Dope track, thanx for posting!
The break is solo in 1 channel. Sample it in mono and add comp. for best results!
i feel u but i play all vinyl when i play for my crew. it is recorded low and could use help like comp and be converted to mono.
Hi Cropsy,
Space-y and incredible! Thank you.
Peace, Jerome
