The Quick
Zulu Instrumental by The Quick has always been a staple at a Cropsy Family Gathering. Props to my Mom on this one - she has been playing this record since I can remember. The Zulu Instrumental is a great track to open up with or just play in a lounge environment. In fact I think I will give this a spin at my New Years eve gig. Enjoy!

AW JUNK
i play this track at nearly every gig i play. fucking necessary.
The song Zulu was played in Lower East Manhattan. It was a big song in the gay clubs. 12 West, known as a very hot club played it all the time. The vocal version was also played, but the instrumental was longer and really got everyone going. When that song was played, it heated up the atomosphere and everyone set off an adrenaline you wouldn't believe. It got everyone going and we didn't want it to end. It was like you became "one" with the music and got totally engulfed in it. It was a natural high that just continued throughout the night into the early morning. The energy that came through that song was awesome. You just didn't know you didn't stop dancing. Cropsy's mom --Disco Deb
